Well, I get the Walmart brand because it's cheaper, but if you take one right before any time you have dairy, it'll allow you to enjoy it at the same time of getting NO allergic reaction. It's truly amazing! But it's very very odd because I can have organic valley yogurt, but I cannot have any other yogurt that's sold anywhere! For fiber, I also recommend chia seeds and quinoa (KEEN-wah). I recently discovered them and let's just say I did not know I had so much inside me. I always thought I was very regular but these two, especially the quinoa has proved me wrong!
